Cooking Instructions for Topside of Beef

- For an even juicier result, you can bard the topside by wrapping it in a layer of fat or bacon.
Roasting in the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) for a fan oven or 240°C (465°F) for a conventional oven.
