Hand-crafted in small batches at our butchery, our new range of home-cured dry back bacon is made the traditional way — slowly cured, air-dried and packed with flavour. Using only premium British pork, each rasher is cured in-house for a deep, rich taste and that perfect balance of sweetness, salt and smokiness.

🌿 Forest Bacon – Infused with crushed herbs, rosemary and thyme for a fragrant, woodland aroma and a savoury depth of flavour.
🍯 Sweet Cure – Our classic, lightly sweetened cure that brings out the natural richness of the pork — simple, traditional and delicious.
🍬 Treacle Bacon – A dark, sticky and indulgent bacon with deep molasses tones and a beautiful caramelised finish when fried.
All our bacon is dry-cured by hand, with no added water, ensuring it crisps beautifully in the pan without shrinkage.
